Firefighters were working a vehicle rescue on a highway off-ramp in San Diego Saturday.
Units were dispatched at 1 a.m. Saturday to the northbound Interstate 15 off-ramp at Wabash Boulevard near the intersection of state Route 94, according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department.
A total of 23 personnel were assigned to the rescue, including one truck, one medic and three engines, officials said.
No injuries or evacuations were immediately reported.
It was unclear what prompted the rescue.
