Moonshine Flats in the East Village is gearing up for a three-day celebration of its 10-year anniversary, beginning Thursday.
For the past decade, Moonshine, part of the Good Time Design hospitality group, has provided a platform for up-and-coming country artists, consistently booking performers, including Morgan Wallen, before they hit the big leagues.
The festivities begin Thursday with independent artist Aaron Watson, who has reached the Top 10 of Billboard’s Country Album chart five times.
On Friday, see Michael Ray and Jay Allen ahead of the grand finale celebration on Saturday, featuring San Diego Music Award nominees Cassie B and Ash Easton. DJ Famous Dave performs each of the three nights.
General admission tickets are available for $25 a night or $65 for a three-day pass.
Moonshine Flats, at over 18,000 square feet, has two levels, a full stage and a spacious lounge, along with the adjoining Deck at Moonshine Flats, an open-air extension featuring a Smokehouse barbecue menu, craft beer and moonshine cocktails.
Good Time Design is a hospitality and entertainment group based in San Diego and Nashville created in 2006 by businessman and hospitality entrepreneur Ty Hauter. Other local venues include Moonshine Beach in Pacific Beach and the Blind Burro in East Village.
